Mr. Solano graduated in 1988 from the “Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica” in Law School and Public Notary with mention as Cum Laude Probatus. He was licensed by the Costa Rican Bar Association that same year. Since the beginning of his career, he has specialized in diverse branches of Law such as Public Notary, Real Estate, Corporate, Civil, Taxes, Intellectual Property, Commercial, Labor Law, among others.

He has also been a member of the National Registry Administrative Board and the IDB Inter-American Development - National Land Registry Advisory Council.
